Recipe: Veal with Mushroom Sauce

For the Meat:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
500 grams veal, ground lengthwise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and a half cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons brown flour
1/2 cup beef broth
2 cups low-fat milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparing the Meat:

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add the veal and stir until it changes color and cooks.
Season the meat with salt and black pepper, and set it aside.

Preparing the Sauce:

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens. Sprinkle with salt and stir.
Add the sliced mushrooms over the onion and stir.

Add the previously prepared meat over the sauce ingredients and mix.

Add the brown flour and stir, then pour in the beef broth, low-fat milk, and soy sauce. Mix the ingredients.

Allow it to simmer and thicken.

Serve it hot with white rice or noodles.
