“Stuffed Grape Leaves Recipe: Easy and Quick Preparation”

“Grape leaves are considered one of the best dishes to serve at family gatherings and parties. They are a complete meal that can be enjoyed with grilled meat or chicken. Known for its delicious and flavorful taste, grape leaves are rich in essential nutrients beneficial for the body. In this report, we will showcase an easy and quick recipe for making stuffed grape leaves, as highlighted by Chef Fatima Abdel-Moneim.”

Ingredients:

Half a kilogram of boiled grape leaves.
2 large cups of tomato juice.
Bunch of parsley.
Chopped onion.
1 tablespoon of ghee or vegetable oil.
Salt and stuffing spices.
2 cups of chicken or meat broth.
2 cups of washed and drained white rice.
Preparation method:

In a suitable pot, add the ghee and onion, and stir well for two minutes. Then add the tomato juice, salt, and stuffing spices, and let the tomato mixture thicken.
Add the chopped parsley and rice, and stir well in the pot. Then add slices of onion and tomato.
Stuff the grape leaves with the rice mixture and arrange them neatly.
After finishing, add the broth and a tablespoon of ghee, and cook the grape leaves over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes.
Serve the grape leaves hot with chicken, meat, or duck.”
