“The Pigeon and the Hunter”

One day, a hunter was leisurely walking in the forest. This hunter often ventured into the forest in the early morning, carrying his hunting net and bait to catch birds. Every day, he would set up his nets and scatter bread crumbs and grains around them, waiting for various birds like pigeons, sparrows, geese, and ducks to come so he could catch them and take them home. At the end of the day, the hunter would leave the forest happily, carrying a lot of birds with him.

One day, as the hunter was heading out to catch birds, he spotted a flock of pigeons. He thought about a way to catch the entire flock, so he set up his net near their location and spread plenty of food and grains around it. Then, he hid behind a large tree, waiting for the pigeons to fall into the trap he had set for them.

Soon enough, the pigeons arrived and landed on the net filled with food and grains. They eagerly began to eat. While they were enjoying their meal, they suddenly found their feet entangled in the hunter’s net, which was not visible to them initially. The pigeons couldn’t escape or move. They struggled for a long time, trying to free themselves from the hunter’s net, but without success.

In the meantime, one of the pigeons had a brilliant idea. She gestured to her friends that if they wanted to free themselves from the hunter’s net, they should all fly together while carrying the net up into the sky, far away from the hunter’s sight. The other pigeons were impressed by this wise suggestion, and that’s exactly what they did.

Following the wise pigeon’s plan, they all took flight together, carrying the net with them high into the sky, in a spectacular and unusual sight. When all the forest animals saw what the pigeons were doing, they admired their bravery and teamwork. Once the pigeon flock was safely away from the hunter’s location, they began the process of freeing themselves one by one. Each pigeon who managed to escape the net returned to help her fellow pigeons.

Thanks to their cooperation and unity, the pigeons were able to escape the clutches of the cunning and evil hunter. All the pigeons felt immense joy and happiness.

In conclusion, the story of the pigeon and the hunter is one of the most beautiful short children’s stories that teaches us the value of teamwork and cooperation. It shows that by working together, we can overcome any circumstances and free ourselves from harm, evil, or obstacles. People should not be selfish and only think of themselves but should also consider others.
