Recipe: Cocoa Molten Cake
Ingredients:
For the Batter:
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons flour
Preparation:
Place sugar, vanilla, egg, and butter in a bowl, and mix the ingredients well until they combine using an electric beater.
Add cocoa powder and flour while continuously mixing until the mixture is well combined.
Divide the batter into two oven-safe cups.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the cups in the oven for about 20 minutes until the molten cake is cooked, then serve.
